JPAM PDF & Scanner

Privacy policy

JPAM PDF & Scanner processes your documents on your own device and never uploads them. It requires no account and includes no advertisements, analytics, or tracking.

Effective date: November 6, 2026

1. Who We Are

JPAM PDF & Scanner is developed by JPAM Studio (Paul Allan Manacap) and published at jpam.studio. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

2. Your Documents Stay on Your Device

Scanning, editing, signing, merging, text recognition, QR code reading and conversion to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and images all happen in your browser. Your documents, scans and their contents are never sent to JPAM Studio or anyone else.

To keep your work, the app saves the following in your browser on this device:

  • Your documents and scans, and the files you open in the app
  • Up to eight signatures you choose to save
  • Your last 40 QR codes
  • Fonts you add, and the text-recognition language data once downloaded

You can delete documents in the app, or remove everything by clearing the site data for jpam.studio in your browser settings.

3. Camera

The app asks to use your camera only when you scan a document or a QR code. The camera picture is processed on your device and is never recorded or sent anywhere. You can withdraw camera permission in your browser’s settings at any time.

4. What the App Downloads

The app and every tool it uses, including the text-recognition language data and the fonts, are delivered from jpam.studio. Nothing is loaded from other services. Links you choose to open, such as a website or a map location from a QR code, take you to that site, where its own privacy policy applies.

5. What We Do Not Do

  • No advertisements, analytics or tracking
  • No cookies
  • No uploading of your documents, scans, signatures or camera pictures
  • No selling or sharing of personal information

6. Services Used to Deliver the App

Cloudflare provides hosting, content-delivery, and security services for jpam.studio. Like other hosting providers, it may process limited technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and protect it from malicious activity. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

7. Children’s Privacy

JPAM Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone through the app, including children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If the app adds a feature that handles information differently, we will update this policy first. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
