1. Who we are

jpam.studio is run by JPAM Studio (Paul Allan Manacap), based in the Philippines. By using the website, our games or our apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Questions: [email protected].

2. Our games and apps

Our browser games are free to play. Some of our apps are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play; purchases there are governed by the store’s terms. Games and apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, and we may change or retire a game at any time. Saved progress is kept on your device unless a game’s privacy policy says otherwise; please keep your own backups of anything important.

3. Online play, names and leaderboards

Some games let you play with other people, choose a player name or appear on a leaderboard. When you do:

• Choose a name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else’s. We may change or remove names and leaderboard entries that break this rule.
• Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, flood our servers, or try to disrupt other players’ games.
• Be decent to the people you play with. Rooms are shared with anyone who has the room code; only share codes with people you want to play with.

We may block access to online features for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Our content

The games, apps, artwork, music, text and code on jpam.studio belong to JPAM Studio or are used under licence. You may play and enjoy them, link to them and share screenshots and videos of your play, including on monetised channels. You may not copy, sell, rebrand or redistribute the games or their assets without our written permission.

5. The News page

Our News page shows headlines from news organisations’ public feeds, with the source named and a link to the original article. We show headlines only, never the article text or pictures, and we list only publishers whose published terms allow this or who have given permission. The headlines and articles belong to their publishers, and each publisher’s own terms apply once you follow a link. We do not endorse or verify third-party news.

Publishers and corrections. If you publish one of the sources shown and would prefer not to be listed, or if a headline is wrong or out of date, email [email protected] and we will remove or correct it, normally within one business day.

6. Apps that help with your work

Simoy Marine and DraftPro are aids, not a substitute for official forecasts, surveys or professional judgment. Always check important figures against your primary sources and follow your company’s procedures.

7. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, JPAM Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, games or apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
