Aeronivra

Help & Support

Everything you need to fly Aeronivra, the free 3D jet combat game from JPAM.

How to Play

Choose an operation in the hangar and select Initiate Flight. Each operation asks you to bring down a number of hostile aircraft. Reach that number and the operation’s ace appears; defeat the ace to clear the operation and unlock the next one. After a win, select Next Operation to fly straight on.

Flight Controls

  • Steer, bank and climb: W, A, S and D or the arrow keys, or drag on the screen. On a phone or tablet, drag with your finger.
  • Boost: hold Shift, or hold BOOST on a touchscreen.
  • Cannons: your cannons fire on their own when a hostile is in your sights. On a keyboard, hold Space for rapid fire.
  • Missile: press Q or X, or select MISSILE. A missile needs a target lock and rearms in 6 seconds.
  • EMP pulse: press E, or select PULSE. It damages every hostile close to you, clears incoming fire (seeker missiles too) and tops up your shields. It recharges in 18 seconds.
  • Pause: press P or Escape, or select the pause button.

Hull, Shields and Terrain

Hits drain your shields first and then your hull. Every third hostile you bring down earns a field repair of +10 hull. If the hull reaches zero, the aircraft is lost and the flight ends.

Stay above the sea and the islands. When PULL UP flashes, climb: flying into the water, the terrain or the cloud deck damages the aircraft. Arrows at the edge of the screen point to hostiles you can’t see, and each ace has its own health bar.

Combos and Scores

Each hostile you bring down scores points. Bring down the next one within seven seconds to build a combo, up to 5×. Clearing an operation adds a bonus for the hull you have left. Your best score for each operation is kept on this device and shown after every flight.

The Ten Operations

  1. Sapphire Run: a tropical archipelago at dawn
  2. Solar Front: a golden-hour strait, where drones join the fight
  3. Nightfall Veil: moonlit islands under the stars
  4. Frostbite Ridge: glacier fjords and icebergs, with armoured gunships
  5. Mirage Dunes: desert mesas and turquoise lagoons in the heat haze
  6. Tempest Wall: a supercell storm with rain and lightning
  7. Aurora Drift: the polar night under the northern lights, where the ace fires seeker missiles
  8. Ember Caldera: a chain of volcanoes, lava and ash
  9. Cloudsea Citadel: floating islands above a sea of clouds
  10. Eclipse Prime: a total eclipse over crystal isles, with two aces at once

The Intro

A short intro, with sound, plays each time you open Aeronivra: select Tap to start to begin it. Tap anywhere, press any key, or select Skip intro to go straight to the hangar. To watch it again, select Watch the intro at the bottom of the hangar.

Sound, 3D and Offline Play

Select the ♫ button in the hangar or during a flight to turn the sound on or off.

Aeronivra draws its worlds in 3D with WebGL, which every current browser supports. If you see 3D Renderer Unavailable, turn on hardware acceleration in your browser settings, or try a current version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge. If your device slows down, the game lowers its picture resolution a little to keep the flight smooth.

After your first visit, Aeronivra keeps a copy of itself in your browser and continues to work without an internet connection. On a phone, you can add it to your home screen from your browser’s Share or Menu option and open it like an app.

Your Progress

The operations you have unlocked, your best score for each one and your sound setting are stored in your browser on this device. No account is required.

Clearing your browser data, using a private browsing window, or playing on another device or browser starts again from Operation 01.
