Rydasta: Moto Racing

Privacy Policy

Rydasta is free to play in your browser. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game stores on your device, what its optional online features transmit, and how that information is used.

Effective date: October 30, 2026

1. Who We Are

Rydasta: Moto Racing is developed by JPAM Studio (Paul Allan Manacap) and published at jpam.studio.

For questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Rydasta does not require an account or ask for contact information. To save your game, it stores the following information in your browser’s local storage on your current device:

  • Career progress
  • Credits
  • Motorcycles and upgrades
  • Game settings
  • The rider name and country you choose
  • Your best runs
  • If you sign in with Apple or Google, a sign-in key that lets the race server recognise your account

Apart from what the online features in Section 3 send, this information stays on your device.

3. Online Racing and the Global Leaderboard

These features use the Rydasta race server at race.jpam.studio, which JPAM Studio operates using Cloudflare. The server only receives information when you use them, as described below.

Online Racing

When you join an online room, the server receives:

  • Your rider name and country
  • Your room code
  • Your selected motorcycle and how you’ve customised it
  • Your position and speed during the race

This information allows other riders in the room to see you and compete with you. The server does not keep it: a room and everything in it is removed when the last rider leaves. Only share your room code with people you want to race.

Global Leaderboard

Once you have set up your rider profile, the game sends each finished run to the server automatically. It sends:

  • Rider name and country
  • Score
  • Route or career level
  • Difficulty
  • Motorcycle
  • Run time

The server stores this information with the submission date, retains the top 100 runs on each leaderboard, and displays the top 20 publicly.

Sign In with Apple or Google (Optional, Coming Soon)

When sign-in is available, you may sign in with Apple or Google to keep one verified entry per board. Apple or Google confirms who you are with a signed token. The server keeps only:

  • The account identifier Apple or Google issues for Rydasta—not your email address or password
  • Your rider name and country
  • The date you first signed in
  • A sign-in key, valid for up to 180 days, so you stay signed in

Leaderboard entries made while signed in carry a short code derived from your account, so the board can keep your best run. Other riders see only your name, flag, and the ✓ mark.

To delete your account, tap your name in the menu, tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm. Your account and every leaderboard entry made while signed in are removed immediately.

Saving Your Progress (Optional)

You may save your progress to an account so it follows you to other devices. If you do, the JPAM Studio accounts server (accounts.jpam.studio, operated using Cloudflare) keeps:

  • Your 5-character player code
  • A copy of the game data saved in your browser, listed in Section 2
  • A salted, one-way hash of your password—never the password itself
  • A recovery email, only if you choose to add one

Each signed-in device keeps a sign-in key for up to a year and sends updated progress while you play. Five wrong password attempts lock the account for 10 minutes.

Recovery email (optional): if you add one, we store it with your account and use it only to send your player code and a password-reset code when you ask for them, and a one-time confirmation when you add it. Emails are sent through Cloudflare. You can change or remove the address under Progress at any time.

To delete the account and its saved data, including any recovery email, tap your name in the menu, tap Delete account under Progress, then tap it again to confirm. Signing out keeps your progress on that device.

IP Addresses

As with any online connection, the server receives your IP address while you are connected. It is used only to provide the service and limit how frequently scores can be submitted.

Your IP address is held temporarily in memory for approximately one minute and is never stored with your scores.

To request the removal of a leaderboard entry, email [email protected] and include the rider name, the board, and roughly when you posted it. We will remove it within 30 days.

4. What We Do Not Do

Rydasta:

  • Does not display advertisements
  • Does not use analytics or tracking technologies
  • Does not use cookies
  • Does not include real-money purchases
  • Does not sell personal information
  • Does not share information for advertising purposes

All in-game credits are earned through gameplay.

5. Services Used to Deliver the Game

Cloudflare

Cloudflare hosts jpam.studio and the Rydasta race server. Like other web-hosting and security providers, Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

Google Fonts

Google Fonts provides the typefaces used by the game. When your browser downloads these fonts from Google, Google receives your IP address as part of the request.

For more information, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Removing Your Information

To remove the information Rydasta has stored on your device, clear the website data for jpam.studio in your browser settings.

You may also use a private browsing window. Information stored during a private browsing session is generally removed when all private windows are closed, subject to your browser’s settings.

To delete a saved-progress or signed-in account, or to request the removal of a Global Leaderboard entry, follow the instructions in Section 3.

7. Children

Rydasta is designed for a general audience and does not require an account or contact information. The only identifiers a player chooses are a rider name and country, plus a password and an optional recovery email if they choose to save their progress.

Younger players should use online racing only with people they know and should avoid entering their real name or other identifying information as their rider name.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.

The JPAM Studio Privacy Policy applies to the remainder of the jpam.studio website.
