Licence
When you buy the app on the App Store, your use is covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. When you buy it on Google Play, Google Play's Terms of Service apply. These terms add to those agreements.
Calculation aid only
The app is a calculation aid. Draft survey results, trimming plans, cargo quantities, shear force and bending moment estimates, air draft, voyage and bunker figures depend on the data you enter and on simplified methods. Strength figures are estimates for planning and do not replace the ship's approved loading instrument.
The master, officers and surveyors remain responsible for the safety of the ship and for checking every figure against the ship's approved stability booklet, loading manual, tank tables and loading computer, and against company and port requirements.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Paul Allan Mañacap gives no warranty that the app is free of errors and is not liable for any loss, claim, delay, damage or cargo dispute arising from its use.
